Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Pensato olive groves are located on the gentle slopes of the hills of Puglia where Frederick II once lived.

The climate in this region, along with the quality of the soil are the perfect marriage for the Peranzana olives to grow and ripen to perfection.

The Peranzana is a juicy olive, with a firm pulp containing oil of a particularly high quality. The olives are handpicked the moment they are ripe, then carefully selected, cleaned and cold pressed in pink granite mills in order to keep tradition going. Due to it’s very low level of acidity (0.2%) our precious extra virgin olive oil – absolutely delicious!
