Duo of entrepreneurs artists… Odeon is a French startup founded in 2017 in the vibrant city of Dubai. It was brought to life by the visionary couple Chef Thomas Duhamel and Morgane Duhamel. He is a Chef and she is an artistic director, both grew up in respective family from hotel industry background.

With an illustrious career alongside Michelin Star Chef Yannick Alleno, Chef Thomas Duhamel has left his mark on some of the most iconic culinary destinations.
His culinary adventure began as a member of the esteemed team at One & Only The Palm in Dubai back in 2010. This was followed by significant contributions to the Terroir Parisien team in 2012, the Cheval Blanc team in Courchevel in 2013, and the pre-opening teams at both Pavillon Ledoyen and Sofitel Faubourg in Paris in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
In 2016, Chef Thomas took the helm at Zuma Dubai, where he orchestrated a culinary symphony, as a sous chef, leading a team of 95 talented cooks for two years.
