Chef Thomas Duhamel boasts an illustrious career alongside renowned Michelin Star Chef Yannick Alleno, making his mark on some of the world’s most iconic culinary destinations. His culinary adventure began in 2010 as part of the esteemed team at One & Only The Palm in Dubai, where he honed his skills in a luxurious setting. In 2012, Chef Duhamel made significant contributions to the Terroir Parisien team, further enhancing his expertise in French cuisine. His journey continued in 2013 with the prestigious Cheval Blanc team in Courchevel, followed by pivotal roles in the pre-opening teams at Pavillon Ledoyen and Sofitel Faubourg in Paris in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Chef Duhamel's rich experience and dedication to culinary excellence have shaped his approach, blending traditional techniques with innovative flavors, ensuring each dining experience is truly unforgettable.
