From the first bite, I knew this one was special. The warmth, the textures, the balance of flavors — everything just works. The burger is smothered in melty raclette cheese, layered with onions from a rich French onion soup, and served with that very soup as a dipping side. The patty itself is full of flavor, with none of that gaminess. It’s comforting, decadent, and full of depth — yet never heavy. Every element is intentional, and together they create one of the most satisfying, well-executed burgers I’ve had in Dubai in a long time. The service has been exceptional across all our visits. Eric, in particular, deserves a special mention for his professionalism and warmth.
