Ingredients: Whole milk from the Monts d’Ardèche, sugar, pistachio from Kerman county, Iran (9%), cream from the Monts d’Ardèche, powdered glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder from France, dextrose, grape seed oil, thickeners: locust bean gum – guar gum.
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.

La cuisine était absolument bonne. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le service impeccable que nous avons reçu. Thierry s'est très bien occupé de nous tout au long de la soirée. Attentif, souriant et professionnel, il a su rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable.
