Exclusively collected from mountain farms in the Alps located less than 25km from our manufacturing workshop, our partner producers are committed to feeding their herds with pastured fodder, in the form of fresh grasses in season or hay in winter.
This results in milk with no aftertaste and incomparable quality. Once the collection has been carried out, the whole milk is pasteurised at a low temperature in order to preserve its organoleptic properties.
