This Ice cream is made with over 50% authentic Ardèche yogurt from Vals-les-Bains, capturing the tangy, natural flavor of cow’s milk from cows grazing on the rich grass of the “Plateau of a Thousand Flowers.” In the 500ml size, raspberry jam is added, not only for a beautiful look but also for an incredible taste! Long-time fans will know that this recipe has never changed since the beginning.

Ingredients: Yogurt (41.7%) and cream from the Monts d’Ardèche, sugar, raspberry jam 16.8% (raspberry 10.4%, sugar, invert sugar syrup, gelling agent: pectin), whole milk from the Monts d’Ardèche, powdered glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder from France, invert sugar syrup, thickeners: locust bean gum – guar gum.
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.
