Ingredients: Coconut cream 49.3% (coconut cream, MILK proteins, water), water, sugar, glucose syrup powder, inverted sugar syrup, shredded coconut 1.9%, thickeners: locust bean gum – guar gum, fleur de sel 1.6%.
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.
