This unique flavor starts with richly oily, plump vanilla pods from the island of Tahaa in the Tahitian Archipelago, renowned as some of the most aromatic in the world, with smooth notes of prune, vanilla, licorice, and chocolate. Adding a special touch, tonka bean—a spice with caramelized undertones—brings an extra layer of depth to the flavor.

Ingredients: Whole milk and cream from the Monts d’Ardèche, sugar, skimmed milk powder from France, invert sugar syrup, dextrose, thickeners: locust bean gum – guar gum, Tahitian vanilla from Bora Bora (0.3%), tonka bean (0.07%).
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.

La cuisine était absolument bonne. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le service impeccable que nous avons reçu. Thierry s'est très bien occupé de nous tout au long de la soirée. Attentif, souriant et professionnel, il a su rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable.
