Origin: Traditionally harvested in the Sichuan province of China, this unique spice is a staple in Chinese cuisine, especially in Sichuan dishes                           known for their “má là” (numbing and spicy) flavor profile. Grown on the prickly ash tree, the berry husks are dried and hand-selected                        for maximum aroma and potency.

Main Ingredients: 100% dried Zanthoxylum berry husks (red variety) (No fillers, additives, or artificial preservatives)
