Ingredients: Whole milk from the Monts d’Ardèche, lemon juice 19.8%, almond streusel 15.5% (AOP* Charentes-Poitou butter, ground almonds, brown sugar, Ardèche wheat flour), sugar, fresh cream from the Monts d’Ardèche, skimmed milk powder from France, dextrose, lemon zest 0.2%, thickeners: locust bean gum – guar gum.
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.
