Origin: Kampot Province, Cambodia, Grown in the coastal, mineral-rich soil of southern Cambodia. Recognized under Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) by the EU and Cambodian authorities for its unique terroir and traditional cultivation methods.

Main Ingredients: 100% Whole Red Kampot Peppercorns (Piper nigrum)

Craftsmanship: Red Kampot pepper is made from fully ripened pepper berries that are hand-harvested when bright red on the vine—just before they fall. The berries are then sun-dried, which concentrates their natural sugars and essential oils. Grown organically and processed using artisanal, manual techniques by small local farms.

Allergens: (None) Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan. May be processed in facilities that handle sesame, mustard, or nuts.

Texture & Appearance: Medium to large round peppercorns, Deep red to reddish-brown in color . Smooth but firm with a slightly wrinkled, glossy surface, Sticky to the touch when freshly dried due to natural sugar content.

Flavor Profile: Sweet, fruity, and floral with low to medium heat, Notes of dried fruit (fig, raisin), citrus, and honey. Long, aromatic finish with mild pungency and warm spice, Considered one of the most elegant and complex pepper types in the world.
