This results in a white ice cream with a rich, authentic mint flavor. Add some chocolate chips from Maison Weiss, and boom, you have a reimagined mint-chocolate ice cream with a twist.

Ingredients: Mint-infused milk (whole milk from the Monts d’Ardèche, fresh mint 1.8%), fresh cream from the Monts d’Ardèche, sugar, dark chocolate granules 9% (cocoa beans, sugar, vanilla), skimmed milk powder from France, invert sugar syrup, dextrose, thickeners: carob seed flour, guar gum. Made in a facility that uses: peanuts, nuts, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, gluten.
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.
