Create your own traditional Galette des Rois at home with our DIY kit, made with the same quality ingredients used by our pastry chefs.

This kit includes:
•⁠ ⁠2 round sheets of premium puff pastry
•⁠ ⁠1 piping bag filled with almond frangipane cream
•⁠ ⁠1 traditional fève

Simply assemble, bake, and enjoy a golden, flaky Galette des Rois with family or friends. Perfect for sharing a classic French Epiphany moment at home.

DIY Galette des Rois – Baking Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2.Place one puff pastry sheet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

3.Pipe the frangipane evenly, leaving a 2 cm border all around.

4.Hide the fève in the frangipane.

5.Lightly brush the border with egg yolk (not included), then place the second puff pastry sheet on top.

6.Gently press and seal the edges.

7.Brush the top with egg yolk (not included).

8.Score the top lightly with a knife (optional, for decoration).

9.Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and puffed.

10.Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
