Main Ingredients: 100% Crushed Smoked Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), No additives, salt, or artificial flavoring.

Craftsmanship:  Whole black peppercorns are gently smoked over natural wood (often beech, oak, or fruitwood) for several hours to infuse them with a deep, smoky aroma without overwhelming the pepper’s natural heat. After smoking, the pepper is coarsely crushed to preserve texture and volatile oils. Small-batch processing ensures quality and even smoking.
