Refrigerate promptly if not served immediately. It should generally be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 1–2 days for peak flavor and food safety.
If reheating, do so to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to ensure safety, especially due to the stuffing.
Cover the capon to prevent it from drying out, and heat on a low temperature to maintain moisture.
