Ingredients: Whole milk from the Monts d’Ardèche, Macae® Valrhona® dark chocolate 14.2% (Brazilian cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), cocoa streusel 11% (AOP Charentes-Poitou butter, sugar, ground almond, Ardèche wheat flour, cocoa powder 0.6%), sugar, powdered glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, skimmed milk powder from France, cocoa powder, fresh cream from the Monts d’Ardèche, thickeners: carob bean flour – guar gum.
Place Ice cream at the back of the freezer rather than near the door, where temperature fluctuates. Consistent cold temperatures keep the texture creamy and prevent melting.
