Smoked Sardines LB-127

10 to 15 small smoked sardines from Galicia in Spain, delicately and hand-arranged in the can. These sardines are fished exclusively at dawn inside the Ria de Arousa, in the area closest to the town of Rianxo, during the months of July and August. The “Xeito” sardine has a very delicate and smooth texture in the mouth, with a smoother and tastier flesh thanks, among other things, to the fishing method used.

This sustainable fishing method, one of the least aggressive for the marine environment, has been used in Galicia for over 300 years and has been passed down from generation to generation. Currently, there are over 425 small boats in Galicia authorized to fish with this traditional fishing gear.
